Warranty & Agreement

THE SELLER STATES:

1)      To the best of the Seller’s knowledge, this puppy is in good health at the time of the sale, unless otherwise noted in writing.

2)      This puppy is guaranteed free from contagious disease for seventy-two hours from the date of the Buyer taking possession of the puppy.

3)      This puppy is guaranteed from any congenital defects for up to one year of age.

4)      The Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian fees incurred by the puppy.

5)      This puppy is being sold exclusively as a pet. Seller makes no warranty as to the suitability of this puppy for showing purposes.  This individual should never be used for breeding purposes. If mating occurs, then this Warranty and Agreement is void.

6)      This Warranty and Agreement shall be effective only between the undersigned Buyer and Seller. It will become void if possession or ownership of the puppy is transferred to a third party.

THE BUYER AGREES:

7)      To take the puppy to a veterinarian of Buyer’s choice for a well puppy exam within three (3) working days from the date of purchase.

8)      To contact the Seller with the diagnosis of any contagious diseases, congenital disease, and/or defects found by the Buyer’s veterinarian within three (3) working days of such finding.

9)      To annual veterinary checkups, to keep up all immunizations, wormings, and heartworm preventatives, and to provide adequate housing and other general care.

REFUND:

10)   If a congenital disease has been determined by the Buyer’s veterinarian and the Buyer requests a replacement from the Seller, the puppy must be returned to the Seller at the Buyer’s expense. At the time the puppy has been returned to the Seller with a written certificate from a practicing veterinarian stating the congenital disease or defect, we will provide another puppy of equal value and quality to the Buyer.

11)   This replacement does not cover undesirable reactions to vaccines, medications, any complication resulting from surgery or hypoglycemia. The refund does not cover any transportation or veterinarian fees incurred.

RECOMMENDATION:

12)   It is recommended that this puppy be spayed or neutered at an early age as determined by your veterinarian.

13)   It is recommended that this puppy be seen by the Buyer’s veterinarian and be set up on a routine schedule to receive necessary vaccinations, deworming, and shots in a timely manner.

LITIGATION:

14)    Should this Warranty and Agreement or other matters regarding the puppy purchased by Buyer come to legal proceedings, it is agreed by the undersigned that the venue shall be determined by the Seller. I have read the above Warranty and Agreement, understand the contents, and agree to the terms.
